2.) Kick rocks, punch walls, and scream as loud as you can. (Include profanities if needed, because let's be honest, sometimes it is needed.)
3.) Talk to your mom, your best friend, a coworker, your pet, or a neighbor. Just don't gone on and on for hours... They'll probably stop listening after a few minutes anyway.
4.) Sit down in a quiet place (Mine is my car.)
5.) Feel the sunshine radiate from your skin and warm yourself inside and out.
6.) Realize that whatever is bothering probably won't go away right now or perhaps ever.
7.) And be okay with that.
8.) Continue on your way. Make friends. Stay up late. Cook breakfast. Take a jog. Look at photos.
9.) Be at peace with yourself.
10.) Forgive. Always, always, always make sure to forgive.
